Representing PEMS at the ceremony were Mr. Lee Kyu Sang, Chairman and CEO of PEMS, Ms. Hoang Thi Kieu, General Director of EMTEK, along with members of the Board of Directors and Department Heads from the Northern Region Office.
On the PVPS side, the event was attended by Mr. Bui Duy Nhi, Chairman of the Board, Mr. Vu Anh Tuan, Director, as well as other key executives and company representatives
This agreement marks a significant step in strengthening the cooperative relationship between the two parties, with a focus on providing international experts and maintenance and repair services for Thermal power plants, Petrochemical plants, and the Oil & Gas sectors in Vietnam.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Lee Kyu Sang, Chairman and CEO of PEMS, emphasized:
“PEMS and PVPS will provide the best technical services in the fields of maintenance, troubleshooting, spare parts supply, and implement the Secured Stock Program (SSP) warehouse control and management system.
These services are the first step in the cooperation between the two sides, through which we will expand activities in providing renovation and upgrading services for operating coal-fired thermal power plants, along with solutions to reduce carbon emissions through the application of advanced technologies such as digitalization from major partners like Doosan, Babcock & Wilcock, Toshiba…”
Speaking at the event, Mr. Bui Duy Nhi, Chairman of PVPS, shared: "This cooperation not only helps us expand our service capabilities but also creates opportunities for us to access international expert teams and advanced global technologies to apply for our customers. We believe that the combination of PVPS and PEMS will bring outstanding value to our customers and partners."
The cooperation agreement between PVPS and PEMS is a strategic move that not only affirms the position of both companies in the technical services sector but also opens new opportunities for sustainable development in line with Vietnam's national green growth strategy for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050.
