Key Functions:

Receive screen trays from AGV: The machine receives screen trays from Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV).
Remove screens from trays: The machine extracts screens from the trays.
Place and position screens for the Lamination machine: The machine sets and positions the screens into the required location for the lamination process.
Separate OCA sheets from trays: The machine separates OCA (Optically Clear Adhesive) sheets from the trays.
Place and position OCA sheets for the Lamination machine: The machine sets and positions OCA sheets into the necessary location for the lamination process.
Wait for the Lamination machine to process screens and OCA: The machine awaits the processing of screens and OCA sheets by the Lamination machine.
Place screens into the output tray: After the lamination process is complete, the machine places screens into the output tray.
Stack trays and position them for AGV: The machine stacks the trays and positions them for further handling by Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV).
Record, process, and transfer data into the system: The machine records critical information about the process, processes this data, and transfers it into the manufacturing management system to ensure quality monitoring and control throughout the production process.
