Key Functions:

Receive phone screens from the previous stage and recalibrate into position: The machine receives phone screens from the preceding production stage and ensures they are correctly positioned for further processing.
Take sensor strips from the rolls and recalibrate into position: Sensor strips are taken from supply rolls and accurately recalibrated to be properly positioned.
Attach the sensor strip onto the screen: The machine expertly attaches the sensor strip onto the phone screen.
Apply the standard pressure: Standard pressure is applied to ensure the sensor strip is securely adhered.
Vision system examines the quality of the gluing: A vision system is employed to examine the quality of the adhesive process, ensuring it meets the required standards.
Place the screens onto the Output tray: After the sensor strips are attached and inspected, the screens are placed on the output tray.
Record, process & transfer data into the system: The machine records vital information about the process, processes this data, and transfers it into the manufacturing management system to ensure quality monitoring and control throughout the production process.
